The American Alligators are fascinating and extremely strong creatures.
They’re Speedy Runners – Alligators are capable of short-bursts of speed up to 30 miles per hour (48 km/h)!
They’re Sneaky Swimmers – Alligators have many athletic abilities, and swimming is their strongest suit. They can swim up to 20 miles per hour (32 km/h)!
And because of their eye's location, they can swim underwater while watching their prey without be unseen.
They Can Jump – Even from a state of rest, alligators can jump up to 6 feet (183 cm) into the air!
They are extremely strong, athletics, fast, very determined and patient!
As athletic, we believe, that there is an Alligator in all of us.
This is why it's our favorite animal!
