Refund and Returns Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Returns
When you purchase a stand-alone product, such as a FREE item, we will charge your Payment Method at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange upon purchasing it.
Since the item is FREE, it is no longer eligible for a return. This FREE item is considered one of the goods that are not subject from being returned. We do not accept any returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Given the nature of downloadable digital items and FREE items, we do not generally offer a refund or return on a purchase. There is no obligation to provide a refund or return in situations like the following:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- FREE items
Refunds (If applicable)
Once you want us to send the FREE item, your purchase will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after the first 6 hours.
The FREE item is non-refundable. You may request for a refund that only applies to the shipping fee of the FREE item upon canceling the order for the first 6 hours. We do not offer any refund for the membership since this website is digital content.
When your order is delivered, if there is a visible damage to the packaging or boxes, the FREE Product is no longer eligible for a return. We cannot order a replacement piece from the manufacturer since this item is for free and considered a gift to you.
Cancel order
You can only cancel your order within the first 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day.
Once your cancellation is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. You may request for a refund of the shipping fee. Just contact us by e-mail with your reason for cancellation at info@arigeta.com We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (If applicable)
We do not replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will not arrange the exchange for the same item since the item is given as a FREE item for you. You are not paying any money for the FREE item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for purchasing your FREE item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want a refund upon canceling your order for the first 6 hours, the cost of shipping will be your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your FREE item to reach you, may vary.
